Gina Kirschenheiter’s Estranged Husband Matthew Arrested On Suspicion Of Domestic Violence Just Days After Announcing Reconciliation

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has filed a restraining order against estranged husband Matthew days after they reportedly reconciled. The filing comes just days after Matt was arrested on suspicions of domestic violence.

The Blast reported on Tuesday, June 25, that Gina, 34, filed the protective order this past Monday in Orange County Superior Court.
The protective order names Matt as the respondent. Gina initially filed for divorce from Matt in April 2018, months before her debut on RHOC.
Court records indicate a domestic violence restraining order was requested by the mother-of-three and an emergency hearing was also held on Monday. The nature of the domestic violence allegations have not yet been revealed.

Gina filing the protective order comes days after sources told RadarOnline.com that the estranged couple reconciled. “They are keeping it quiet, but they’re back on,” an insider close to the couple said.
She fueled speculation for months after posting several intimate photos of them on her Instagram, including a loving Father’s Day tribute to Matthew on Sunday, June 16.
AMI confirmed on Tuesday that Matt was arrested on Saturday, June 22, two days before Gina filed the protective order. He was released the following morning, June 23, at around 1AM. According to jail records, his bail was $0.
He has yet to be charged with a crime.
