Gretchen cradled her bare baby bump in nothing but some sexy blue lingerie.
The former Real Housewives of Orange County star posted the photo one day before finding out if she and fiancé Slade Smiley will be having a boy or a girl!
Gretchen let her followers know that just because she was wearing blue in the photo doesn't mean that she knows its a boy. It was simply to match the "stunning sapphire and diamond necklace" that went with the ensemble.
The 40-year-old was a lot more dressed up for her 18-week baby bump photo. She cradled her bump in a Parisian inspired outfit for it.
This is the first child for her and Slade. Gretchen announced that she's expecting baby number one on Monday, December 17.
