Real Housewives of Orange County alumna Gretchen Rossi revealed she lost 25 pounds in three weeks postpartum after giving birth to her daughter Skylar Ray on July 10.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alumna, 41, shared her shape in an Instagram story update on July 31.
“I’m actually pretty surprised how quickly my stomach went down, but I’ve definitely got a lot of stuff going on here and here,” the former reality star confessed, as she showed off her body in a black sports bra and sweatpants.
Gretchen’s weight loss is not the result of exercising, she explained. “I’m not allowed to start working out or doing anything with that until six weeks.”

The mother-of-one revealed that she was 170 pounds when she went into labor and gave birth, and now is down to 145 pounds. Her “regular weight” is roughly 120 pounds.
"Literally, I’m on no diet,” Gretchen continued. “I’ve been eating more than when I was pregnant, so go figure. But I guess breastfeeding requires a lot of calories, and I’m hungry all the time.”
Even though she’s been craving junk food like cookies and ice cream, she’s been doing her best to eat healthy and get her bod back in shape.
