Emily Simpson opened up on Instagram about "the worst flight" of her life after she and her three children flew to Ohio on Tuesday, July 9. The Real Housewives of Orange County star said the experience was bad enough that it left her "traumatized."

Emily, 43, posted a cute snap of her daughter Annabelle and twin sons Luke and Keller prior to takeoff.

"Worst flight of my life," she captioned. "I'm traumatized. Forever."
"Not turbulence. My kids, my kids happened," Emily clarified. "Luke screamed most of the flight. Annabelle fought with both her brothers and cried at least 10 times."
"Keller refused to sit or wear his seat belt and some rude lady screamed at me to control my kids (obviously she doesn't have any)," the RHOC star continued.
