Shannon Beador moved into a pricy mansion recently. The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s new beachfront property, which has been seen a lot on her Instagram, is costing her a whopping $15K a month!
“Shannon is loving living on the beach right now. She can wake up and walk to the ocean in minutes, and she does not care how much it costs because this house is giving her the serenity that she needs right now,” a RadarOnline.com source revealed on Friday, July 19.
The QVC personality was previously living in another rental in Newport Beach with her three daughters Sophie, Stella and Adeline. She was forced to move in June 2019 when the property was sold.
Radar’s source claimed that Shannon’s new digs, which she’s renting for $15K a month, are “only for the summer.”
“Shannon is currently looking for her forever home because she does not want to move anymore,” the source said. “She loves living so close to the water and she can afford to get whatever she wants now with her own hard-earned money.”

The RHOC star has given fans a glimpse of her new home and the area around it multiple times on Instagram.
She posted snaps from the summer BBQ she hosted on Sunday, July 14. Guests included her RHOC costars Vicki Gunvalson and Braunwyn Windham-Burke.
Shannon’s property appeared spacious with gorgeous views of the beach.
She’s also gotten in a good workout with her adorable dog Archie. Shannon shared a selfie of them “taking in” their new neighborhood on Monday, July 8.
