Kelly, 43, and Brian hung out at San Diego Padres game on Saturday, May 18.
"@padres game with my favorite Irish man @drbreagan_plastic_surgeon," she captioned the cute Instagram snap.
"Sorry Kelly, this guy looks old for you........ I hope you're happy!!!!!" one troll commented.

Kelly's clap back was simply yet to the point. "He's not old."
Things appear to still be going strong for Kelly and Brian. They "whooped it up" at Vicki Gunvalson's engagement party on Friday, May 17.
Kelly and Brian became social media official in January. She initially spoke about him in an Instagram story with RHOC costar Gina Kirschenheiter one month before.
They teased getting possible engaged during a dinner outing on Tuesday, May 14.
