They attended a friend’s birthday party alongside Kelly’s on again-off again beau Brian Reagan. The couple split up earlier this month only to get back together days later.
Kelly appears to be living her best life this summer. She was spotted out at a fabulous gathering in The Hamptons with Real Housewives of New York City star Ramona Singer on Sunday, July 7.
