Gretchen, 40, shared a lengthy Instagram post about how the “stresses of life” got the best of her on Monday, May 6. “I couldn’t stop crying,” she admitted.
The reality star started bawling again during her two and a half hour breastfeeding class because of it being so overwhelming. “Who knew there was so much to know about breastfeeding,” she wrote.

“In all honestly I am also getting so anxious about balancing being a new mommy (and trying to be a full time breastfeeding mommy) while still working and managing all the other projects we have going on,” she continued.
The mother-to-be also discussed her fears about her forthcoming daily struggles. “I’m afraid of having no sleep and still being able to be a high functioning entrepreneur. So any advice from any of who have had to balance work and motherhood I would surly appreciate it!”
Gretchen just passed the 30-week mark in her pregnancy. She’s expecting her first child, a daughter, with fiancé Slade Smiley.
