Kelly, 43, has been living it up in London with Rick, 59, over the past couple of days.
They made their debut as a couple shortly after her split from plastic surgeon beau Brian Reagan.
"How did you guys meet?" one fan asked in their latest Instagram selfie.
"With @ramonasinger at his BBQ in the Hamptons," she responded.
Kelly and Ramona, 62, partied it up on eastern Long Island in early July.
The RHOC star was pulled over by the cops alongside a pal during her time there due to her Uber driver allegedly making an illegal turn.
