Real Housewives of Orange County stars Ryan and Briana Culberson showed off their massive 107-pound combined weight loss on Instagram Thursday, July 4. They've long credited the trendy Keto diet for dropping their weight over the past year.
Ryan posted a set of 4th of July pics next to Briana, Donn Gunvalson (her mother Vicki's ex-husband) and their two sons Troy and Owen.
"Happy 4th of July from my family to yours!" Ryan wrote before adding "Swipe right and see the difference a year on keto has made, down 107 between the two of us!"
"You guys look great," former RHOC star Gretchen Rossi wrote about their weight loss.
Ryan revealed back in March of 2018 that he and Briana lost 85 pounds.
She was dubbed the “Keto Queen” by her husband after initially dropping 40 pounds four months before.
The mother-of-two’s weight has fluctuated for a long time due to her complications from lupus. Things got so bad that doctors almost had to amputate one of her legs a couple of years ago.
Ryan claimed that she hasn't had any lupus flare ups since her dramatic weight loss.
