Tamra Judge is in the middle of shooting season 14 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and looking her best is of utmost importance to her. The mother-of-four revealed on her Instagram that she’s going on a 24-hour fast after complaining about how her diet has been lately. Read on for all the details.

“I’m at the gym right now and I’m absolutely dying,” Tamra, 52, said on one of her Instagram stories on Tuesday, March 19. “I am fasting because my diet has been not where I would like it to be and so I’m going to do a 24-hour fast to kick myself back into the game.”
She asked her followers for help. “So wish me luck… how do you work out when you fast? I’m lacking energy, any advice?” she asked.
“I guess you can say I’m not exactly a moderation girl, I always felt like people that go ‘Oh in moderation,’ to me moderation is for p***ies. Either I’m all in or all out, and right now… I’m all in,” she added.
The RHOC star posted a video of her at the gym the same day. She broke a sweat while showing off her boxing skills with a trained pro.
Working out has been important to Tamra for a while. She opened up Cut Fitness with husband Eddie in 2014 and won her first fitness competition two years later.
Don’t expect the married duo to ever do a spinoff about their gym, though. Tamra told fans she’d never do another reality show, and even hinted she’s ready to end her stint on RHOC.
“I’ve been on TV for 12 years & it might be time to go back to living a simple life,” she said.
