Tamra Judge Reveals Her Surprising Diet Secrets

How does Tamra Judge keep her toned body in tiptop shape all year-round? The Real Housewives of Orange County star recently revealed her surprising diet tricks that have nothing to do with losing weight as she hasn’t shed a pound in fifteen years!
Tamra, 51, answered a diet-related question on Monday, June 10.
The mother-of-four took an Instagram selfie inside her gym Cut Fitness that she shares with husband Eddie.
“How did you lose your weight?” one fan asked in the comments section. “What does a normal day look like for you with food and working out?”

“I didn’t lose any weight. I weigh the same for 15 years,” Tamra responded. “I changed my body composition, less body fat, more muscle. I did it the old fashion way! Eat clean & train mean.”
That mindset helped Tamra compete and win her first fitness competition a couple of years ago.
She’s also been a huge support system for RHOC costar Shannon Beador during her weight struggles.
While filming season 14, Shannon, 55, admitted that she’s put on a couple of pounds since reaching her weight loss goal earlier this year.
