Vicki Gunvalson says her daughter Briana Culberson is lucky to be alive. “Briana almost lost her leg. I mean, she almost died and all this stuff,” Vicki told Natalie and Kit.

Vicki claimed that the scalpel had feces on it “from a previous surgery that day” and “they put it inside Briana’s body” during the operation.

“But City Hope in Los Angeles — thank you — took her, put her in for three weeks, and IV antibiotics, and got all that out of her body,” Vicki revealed.

As fans of RHOC know, Briana was diagnosed with lupus. “She found a doctor up here at UCLA that is giving her somewhat of a chemo treatment every four to six weeks, and then the doctor just emailed her and said: ‘I’m moving to San Francisco,’” Vicki said.

“Finding the proper medical care when you’re diagnosed with something like that has been a challenge for Briana. But she’s alive,” Vicki shared.
