The Mexican hotspot is near and dear to her heart, as she's been going there for over 30 years with her brother Billy and sister Lisa.
Puerto Vallarta is also a location where Vicki parties it up with much younger men as seen in this photo of her with two very handsome fellas. "Vicki-arta" she captioned the corresponding post.
Vicki was showered with compliments from her fans regarding how beautiful she looked in the pic. "Always flawless!!!" one wrote.
This appeared to be just a friendly photo between Vicki and the other two men as she's also in Puerto Vallarta with her longtime love Steve.
The lovebirds experienced an awkward situation during their vacation when Vicki's phone accidentally disappeared after she left it in the menu at one of the local restaurants!
