Vicki, 57, and Steve, 60, headed to Dallas on Friday, May 31.
Their purpose in going was to attend a kid's charity event hosted by country star Toby Keith.
A troll viciously made fun of Steve on Vicki's Instagram post by suggesting he needed plastic surgery.

"You’re ridiculous," Vicki's fan responded to the troll. "He’s a very good looking man just as he is."
Vicki has been criticized for years on social media over her own plastic surgery operations. She slammed several other trolls who claimed that she got a face lift back in March.
