Vicki Gunvalson Sues Cancer-Faking Ex-Boyfriend Brooks Ayers For Breach Of Contract

Vicki Gunvalson has filed a lawsuit against her ex boyfriend from four years ago, Brooks Ayers. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is suing him for breach of written agreement, breach of verbal agreement, fraud, misrepresentation and for large sums of money he allegedly failed to pay back to her.

According to legal documents acquired by OK!, the lawsuit was filed in Clark County District Court in Nevada on March 29.

Vicki, 57, accused her ex of not paying her back the $184,899 that she loaned him back in 2011 and not abiding to a written agreement they made in 2016.

The reality star also claimed that Brooks refused to repay her the $81,652 she loaned him for lawyer fees between 2013 and 2015.

The court documents state that Brooks "failed and continued to fail to remedy or make good on the said account to Gunvalson." She claimed Ayers “had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans" back to her.

“Defendant Brooks committed the acts alleged knowingly, willingly, intentionally, maliciously and with the conscious disregard of the rights of Plaintiff Vicki,” she wrote in the documents.

After four years together, Vicki and Brooks spilt in August 2015 after he falsified medical records that said he suffered from Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
