Vicki Gunvalson took care of her grandsons Troy and Owen in North Carolina while her daughter Briana and son-in-law Ryan Culberson enjoyed some vacation time in Chicago on Monday, September 9. The Real Housewives of Orange County star got the kids something truly special that left a smile on both of their faces.
Vicki, 57, took Troy, 6, and Owen, 5, on a super cute ice cream date! The boys looked happy as can be while holding onto their sweet treats.
Enjoying my last full days with the boys before I head to NYC & @wwhl tomorrow night,” she captioned the adorable snaps. “Nothing better than surprising them with a trip for ice cream. I love these boys more than words can say.”
Vicki later shared an Instagram Story of her leaving Greensboro for New York City on Tuesday, September 10. She’ll be appearing alongside Million Dollar Listing: New York star Ryan Serhant on the Andy Cohen hosted late night program.
The “OG of the OC” enjoyed a couple of days with her grandchildren while Briana, 32, and Ryan, 36, stormed the Windy City to see her family.

Briana’s weight loss, which has been documented over the past couple of months on her husband’s Instagram, was on clear display when they watched The Chicago Bears latest football game at Soldier Field on Thursday, September 5.
Ryan and Briana have credited the trendy Keto diet for dropping a combined total of 107 pounds so far. Other celebrities that swear by it include Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino, aka “Keto Guido.”
The married couple left Orange County for North Carolina in 2017. Ryan was asked by fans why they decided to move to the East Coast on Instagram on Monday, August 19, to which he responded, “no pressure to keep up with the Joneses.”
“There’s nothing we don’t have here that we’re missing out on in CA," he also said when a fan asked if they miss the Californian lifestyle. "The move has been the biggest stress relief for both of us!”
