'Real Housewives of Miami' Cast Mourn The Loss Of Elsa Patton

Several Real Housewives of Miami cast members came together to mourn the loss of Elsa Patton, also known as "Mama Elsa", on Friday, May 17. Read on for all the details.
The funeral took place at Graceland Memorial Park in Coral Gables, Miami.
“Marysol (Patton) was there surrounded by fellow Housewives Alexia Echavarria, Lisa Hochstein and Adriana De Moura who opened the ceremony choking back tears talking about the honor of being friends with Elsa,” an insider told Page Six.
Marysol, 52, delivered an emotional eulogy, noting “relief that she is now resting after a long illness,” added the source.

Elsa died last weekend at the age of 84.
“Our beloved Elsa Patton passed away over Mother’s Day weekend after a long illness,” Marysol said in a statement to NBC Miami. “She was surrounded by her family and close friends.”
“Sad day because our beloved #MamaElsa has passed away,” Adriana, 53, wrote on her Instagram Monday, May 13. “Her witty sense of humor will forever make me think of her and smile. Goodbye dear friend, Rest In Peace.”
Her health took a turn for the worse during RHOM’s final season in 2013. Viewers learned during the season that she suffered from a stroke. Elsa is survived by Marysol, son Thomas Anthony Jones, daughter-in-law Svetlana, and grandson Hunter.
