'RHONJ' Star Dolores Catania Reveals Her 25-Pound Weight Loss Was Inspired By Costar Teresa Giudice‘s Daughter Milania

Dolores Catania recently opened up about her impressive 25-pound weight loss. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star found inspiration in the oddest of places: costar Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania!

Dolores, 48, revealed how Milania, 14, influenced her health journey and why she decided to finally lose those extra pounds.

“People around me that I know have been losing weight,” the reality star told Life & Style.

She explained to the publication how "two young girls" motivated her to get healthy. "My niece Sarah and Milania Giudice. She lost so much weight and she’s still losing weight. She’s going to the gym with her mother, and I was like ‘Oh you know what? I really need to get on it.’"

"I’m like ‘Look at them, why can’t I just do it?’ I was getting heavier — I go up and down in weight, I had to stop," the Bravo star said.

The mother of two also attributed her weight loss to a 45-day diet program with Elite Health Center in New Jersey.

Dolores admitted she had to eliminate sugar, oil and carbs from her daily diet. She was also only allowed to consume 750 calories per day and limited eating out.
