Joe and his wife Melissa Gorga have been part of RHONJ since the show's third season in 2011.
The parents-of-three have had to endure a lot of turmoil in the public eye. He was accused of shoplifting from Home Depot in 2018 and was sued two weeks later over a slip-and-fall incident that occurred in 2015.
Melissa, 40, was previously sued by her former business partner for $30 million, but the case was closed last month.
