Proud mom Teresa Giudice moved her first daughter into college! On August 29, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 47, moved her oldest daughter Gia into her dorm at Rutgers University.

Like all proud moms, Teresa took to Instagram to document the emotional day of leaving their home and moving all of Gia’s stuff into her Rutgers dorm.

As the mother-of-four loaded up their car, she told her followers that her daughter, 18, “packed too much! She has five suitcases!” She also gave followers a glimpse of all the other supplies she would need for moving into college.

Teresa also recorded an emotional goodbye that Gia had with their family’s dog Bella.

Gia announced that she would be attending Rutgers University in May. She graduated from high school on June 20.

Noticeably missing from the big day for Gia was her father, Joe Giudice. He is currently in an ICE facility in Pennsylvania as he waits for a deportation decision.
