The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel posted a slideshow of photos with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards for her 50th birthday on January 11, 2019. To some fans surprise, the photos date back to before their Bravo stardom.
Before they each made their debut on Real Housewives OG, Bethenny and Kyle were already good friends. Bethenny, 48, captioned a throwback picture, “Happy birthday to one of my oldest (and youngest) friends.”
Another photo of the Housewives stars featured a young Kyle snuggled up to her now husband, Mauricio Umansky.
Kyle seemed to appreciate her old friend’s Instagram post. She commented, “Omg these photos!!! Thank you ❤️.”

Kyle’s oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, also wrote in the comments section a sweet memory of their friendship. “I’ll never forget the story my mom told me of you throwing all of your birthday gifts out the window to make her laugh,” she wrote.
According to Bravo, they met in the 90s when Bethenny briefly worked in Los Angeles and have remained close since.
