Tinsley's ex Prince Casimir Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn of Germany wed American model Alana Camille Bunte at a castle in his home country.
Alana, 29, wore a long-sleeved, high neck wedding gown. Casimir, 41, opted for a light yellow vest under his suit jacket.
Casimir and Tinsley, 43, were in a relationship between 2009 and 2010.

Tinsley began dating Coupon Cabin CEO Scott Kluth in 2017. He was introduced to her by fellow RHONY castmate Carole Radziwill.
They reportedly split for good in October 2018.
