On Thursday, September 13, Cole posted a sexy pic of Lili on Instagram for her B-Day. The pic showed Lili staring into a mirror and topless, while her arms were crossed over her chest.
He captioned the post, "Both the birthday and the gift. My little muse, happy birthday my love."
Lili also posted a similar type of B-Day post for her beau way back on August 4, confirming their relationship. It was a photo of Cole sitting on a building ledge, pointing at the camera.
