Rob Kardashian is reportedly in the midst of a medical crisis, but critics are blasting the reality star, claiming the whole thing is a publicity stunt.
Rob was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital last night, reportedly for diabetes complications following an extreme weight gain.
Today, he was seen leaving the hospital in black Maybach.

But while this serious medical emergency was taking place, the reality star's Instagram was in full swing, posting promotional info about a weight loss program!
Fans lashed out, accusing Rob of taking part in a 'publicity scam.'
"Arent u in the ER? or is this a publicity stunt for the next season," one fan wrote, while another said, "Still gotta make money even if you're in the 'hospital.'"
