Kylie and her boyfriend Tyga went up to the top of the Empire State Building on Valentine’s Day to check out the sunset! What a perfect spot and time to propose!!

The youngest Kardashian-Jenner wore a red fur coat on top of an oversized Calvin Klein sweatshirt.

Kylie even posted a photo of her and Tyga kissing on Instagram.
