Ronnie is far from the first Jersey Shore cast member to have a baby.  Jenni “JWOWW” Farley has two children with husband Roger Matthews. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi also has two with husband Jionni LaValle, and Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio is the father of a 3-year-old girl named Isabella
