Rose Byrne Shares Sweet Throwback Photo Of Her And Heath Ledger

Rose Byrne and the late Heath Ledger were just two baby-faced young actors just starting out in the movie business when they starred together in the film, Two Hands twenty years ago. Rose shared a cute pic of them on Instagram way back when. Keep reading to hear more about their BFF relationship.
The up-and-coming Aussie actors met two decades ago on the crime film, Two Hands when they were both early on in their careers.
Rose and Heath remained good friends long after the movie wrapped up until his tragic death of a drug overdose in 2008.
The 39-year-old X-Men: First Class star posted on her IG a photo of them wearing 90s era clothes and having bleach blonde hair and cuddling. "Twenty years ago! Two Hands! aussie kids on their first film. my own vintage polyester frock for $18. just bleached my hair in kitchen sink. Heath trying to be serious ? goofball ?," she wrote as a caption.

Her post comes after she was announced as a judge for the Australians in Film’s Heath Ledger Scholarship. The award was established in 2008 in memory of Heath for young Australian filmmakers who want to make their mark in the cinematic world.
The mother of one recalled "Heath and I met as young 18 year old actors in Sydney on Two Hands . He supported me so much in LA with his lovely spirit, always giving me a place to stay, always getting me into rooms to audition."
