Kate Middleton stole the spotlight when she was asked to do an on-air interview for The Queen At Ninety, a documentary highlighting Queen Elizabeth II’s milestone birthday, and the rest of the royal family is fuming!

A source told Life & Style, that Sophie Rhys-Jones, the wife of the queen’s youngest son, “is very upset that she was not the first to be asked to be interviewed.”

“Sophie is the queen’s favorite— they even regularly ride horses together—and she is not happy that Kate will be the main one paying tribute to the queen,” the insider explained.

However, Sophie isn’t the only one who feels overlooked by Kate. Prince William’s cousins, Princesses Beatrice, and Eugenie, “are also angry about being snubbed. They feel they’ve been sidelined from royal duties in general. They certainly feel that way with the documentary, because they know the queen.”
