Ryan Edwards completed a 90 day stint in rehab back in 2018 and missed the birth of his second son. Now, the Teen Mom OG star will be missing even more memories since he will remain behind bars until April.
RadarOnline.com was exclusively told by the Clerk of Court for Red Bank in Tennessee that Ryan appeared in court on Monday, January 28 for his heroin and theft charges from his arrest in January 2019. “The case has been continued to April 15, 2019,” the clerk told the site. “He’s going to serve time in county jail until then.”
Public Relations Manager for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office J. Matt Lea told Radar that Ryan reported to Hamilton County Probation Office, where he was arrested for outstanding warrants. The former MTV star was charged with simple possession of heroin executed by Red Bank. The clerk clarified to the site that Ryan broke probation from a 2017 possession of heroin charge. He also has a warrant from Hamilton County for theft of services under $1,000.
Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee confirmed to Radar that the 31-year-old was arrested on Wednesday, January 23 at 12:45 am for theft of services under $1,000.

As it was previously reported, a Bud’s Sports Bar server contacted police when Ryan allegedly drank at the bar and left without paying on December 19, 2018. “Edwards had ordered six Jack Daniels Whiskey drinks, totaling $36, and left without paying for them” the report read.
Within the last few months, Ryan has gone through many struggles. Back in late 2018, the father-of-two completed a 90 day rehab stint and was released around Thanksgiving.
