Ryan Edwards has had a rough few years. The Teen Mom OG star relapsed shortly after completing 90 days in rehab in December 2018. But after spending a few months in jail, Maci Bookout's baby daddy is still not sober.
"He seems to be clear of heroin,” a source close to Ryan and his wife Mackenzie told RadarOnline.com. “He hasn’t been wide-eyed or sluggish.”
The insider claimed Ryan, 31, “does still drink.” Adding, “He does his own thing during the day when she’s at work."
“Mackenzie doesn’t trust him fully,” the source said. “She doubts his decisions if she’s not supervising him.”

The insider claimed that Ryan's "careless attitude" hasn't changed. Adding, “His personality sucks."
On the season premiere of Teen Mom OG, Ryan drank a beer while out to dinner, which was filmed shortly after his rehab stint. Mackenzie was clearly not happy with his choice of beverage and took the opportunity to discuss his sobriety. Just weeks later in January 2019, he was arrested. He was released from jail in April 2019.
It's been a roller coaster for the MTV reality star. Ryan has had multiple stints in rehab and arrests over the years.
