Halloween fun! The former MTV star, her newborn, and Ryan's son with Maci Bookout, Bentley, posed for a cute photo. Unfortunately, the baby boy's face was covered.
In early October it was reported that Mackenzie delivered a baby boy.

A source close to the couple claimed to that Mackenzie gave birth to their son, Jagger Ryan Edwards, on Tuesday, October 9th around 12am. The baby boy weighed 7lbs and 1 oz.
According to the site's insider, the former MTV star was allegedly not at the hospital for the birth of his son since he is currently in rehab in Alabama. “Mackenzie’s mom Terran and dad Bobby were at the hospital,” the insider claimed. “Ryan’s mom Jen and dad Larry were also there.”
As previously reported, Ryan checked into treatment a few weeks prior to his son's birth.
