Bentley is going to be a big brother...again! Ryan Edwards and his wife, Mackenzie, are expecting their first child together.

Ryan's wife is seen showing their producer, Jeni, a positive pregnancy test! The ladies were beaming with joy.

But the baby news might not come as a huge surprise to loyal viewers, since the two discussed expanding their family in the previous episode. "I'm ready when you're ready," Ryan said to his wife about having their first child together. "I think now is as good a time as ever."

Also seen on recent episodes, Ryan and Mackenzie exchanged vows again in a ceremony. This time, they celebrated with their friends, family, and the MTV cameras.

The two first said "I do" back in May just days before Ryan checked into rehab for substance abuse. That was also caught on camera, as well as Ryan driving under the influence on the way to the ceremony.

Ryan has one son, Bentley, with his ex, Maci Bookout. Mackenzie also has a son, Hudson, from a previous marriage.
