Ryan Lochte’s baby boy has made his Instagram debut! The Olympic swimmer shared the very first photos of his newborn son yesterday, as did his fiancée, Kayla Rae Reid. In one photo, Ryan and Kayla snapped a selfie while cradling little Caiden Zane, who was born on June 8. In another, the couple chose to show off Caiden solo, wrapped in an adorable fluffy blanket! He may only be 6 days old, but it’s clear Ryan and Kayla are head over heels in love with their baby boy!
“Now this is what it's all about..... family!!!!!!! #Mommy #daddy#CZL,” Ryan captioned the sweet photo of him with Kayla and Caiden.
Kayla had quite a few more words to share in her post! The model revealed she went through 26 hours of induced labor to have her son and “burst into tears” the second she saw him. “I will cherish that unforgettable moment for the rest of my life,” she wrote.

When Caiden was born, Ryan also shared the news on Instagram, calling him “a miracle.” “Can’t stop crying from tears of joy. Dream come true!” the swimmer wrote.
Back in December, Ryan first shared his baby news on Instagram. In the sexy baby announcement, the couple posted a photo of Ryan kissing Kayla’s baby bump underwater in a pool.
