The reality mogul shared details about Kanye West's current condition since he was released from the hospital following a mental hold.
“I’ve spoken to Kim Kardashian. I’ve not spoken to Kanye, but I think that things are going better now,” he told People Friday.
Moreover, he confirmed that while they briefly pressed pause for Kim to heal after her robbery, Kanye's mental break has not prevented their show from going full steam ahead.

“There have been some reports that we halted production. We did stop for a little bit, briefly after the Paris incident, but since then we’ve been back in full production,” he spilled. “We’re shooting season 13.”
