But he made sure to take a few breaks in between his runs as he took on the fitness challenge with his workout buddies.

Smith's fans have expressed a little concern about his slim figure, seeing that the singer has dropped a large amount of pounds over the past year.

However, speaking out on the weight loss controversy, Smith has made a point to stress that he is taking care of himself both physically and emotionally as he remains devoted to his fitness program.

"Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food," Smith said in an Instagram post commenting on his diet and exercise plans.
