Right away, NYC Board Certified plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman, who has not treated Sandra, noticed there was definitely something different about the Oscar winner’s face. “Sandra’s cheeks look round but are not overly full,” said.

He continued, “This was likely achieved using temporary injectable filler such as Restylane, Juvederm, or Radiesse.”

“Sandra has a naturally narrow face, and during the normal aging process, the cheeks can become more flat,” he added.

So according to Matthew, the 53-year-old took matters into her own hands to refresh her look: “Injecting filler into to the cheeks is often a really good way of rejuvenating the appearance.”

But these procedures weren’t built to last—and they cost a fortune to re-up. “Temporary fillers typically last between 9-14 months and can cost anywhere from $1000-3000, depending on the amount of product required,” Matthew stated. Will the Speed star keep up her new beauty routine?
