The Ocean's 8 star's bungalow is being sold at a rent controlled amount of $15,000 a month.
The grandeur mansion is a luxury abode that is 3,153 square feet of pure bliss.
The house comes complete with 3-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cozy fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, a courtyard-style patio, swimming pool and a furnished gym.

The pad was built in 1942 in true Old Hollywood style with a white stucco exterior. Its atrium is a complete skylight-enhanced room decorated with lush green leafy plants.
Sandra first bought the property way back when in 2001 for only $1.48 million.
