Sarah Michelle Gellar recently took to Instagram to post a touching tribute to her daughter Charlotte on her 9th birthday. Read on to see what the sentimental mama wrote.
The Buffy star posted a throwback picture of her holding a newborn Charlotte to her face and she wasn’t afraid to get a little sappy.
“Nine years ago today, Charlotte Grace Prinze entered this world, and my life was forever changed. You make me want to be a better person every day,” she wrote as the caption.
The mother of two continued, “I am continuously inspired by your kindness and your love. If I had to choose between loving you and breathing, I would use my last breath to tell you how much I love you. Happy Birthday Charlotte.”

Sarah shares another child, son Rocky James, with her hubby of 16 years, Freddie Prinze Jr. However, the Cruel Intentions villain recently took to social media to reveal that pregnancy hasn’t changed her body all that much.
She posted herself wearing the turquoise gown she wore in back at the 1999 Emmys. It fit like a glove! Under the post she wrote, “Emmy ready.... on my couch (but excited it still fits).”
