PHOTOS‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Star Savannah Chrisley Makes Heartbreaking Confession About Car Accident
Savannah Chrisley, of the reality TV show Chrisley Knows Best, got into a frightening car accident on Monday, and the star opened up about it on both her Instagram and to E! News.
“The past couple of days have been some of the toughest days for me,” the reality star told fans under a picture of the quote, “The only way God can show us he’s in control is to put us in situations we can’t control.”
Savannah blamed her own lack of faith for the accident. “I truly think God has made the past couple of days so difficult because I began straying away from Him and His word,” she continued in the post.

In a statement, her father Todd said, “It’s the worst feeling in the world to get a call late at night while sleeping to hear on the other end that your child has been involved in a serious car accident and that you need to come to the hospital immediately.”
The beauty pageant queen must now recover from fractured vertebrae in her neck and several bruises and burns from the airbags, a process that will take at least six weeks!
“I’m here and that’s all that matters,” Savannah said to E! News exclusively. “This whole experience has been very scary for me…it’s put a lot of things in perspective.”
