Major Comeback! Savannah Guthrie Makes A HUGE Announcement About 'Today' Show
She couldn't stay away for long! Savannah Guthrie is over maternity leave, and is ready for her return to Today!
The 45-year-old gave birth to her second son, Charles “Charly” Max Feldman, on December 8, and after three months, she plans on returning to the television screen next month.
Sharing an adorable photo of her son on Twitter, she wrote, “Hey, little one, you’re not the *only* good reason to wake up early!! I’m headed back to @Todayshow March 3! Excited to see you all!”
Savannah's fellow co-hosts were pretty thrilled as they made the big announcement on the morning show, and it seems everyone is excited to have her back on set.
Of course, she has made appearances on the show during her maternity leave, such as when she attended Matt Lauer’s 20th anniversary celebration last month. “I can’t believe you came in for this,” the 59-year-old told Savannah during the adorable moment while giving her a couple of hugs. How cute?!
