Getting Hostile! Scarlett Johansson’s Ex SLAMS Her Hectic Schedule For Their Divorce Downfall

Romain Dauriac is not happy with the way Scarlett Johansson has been handling their split, and he’s blaming her busy career for the reason their divorce negotiations went from amicable to ugly, fast.
According to Romain’s lawyer, Hal Mayerson, Scarlett is pushing for “hybrid schedules and changing schedules” for time with their daughter Rose, which go against the best interests of Romain as a father. “No mother or father wants to be the drop-in babysitter for the other parent,” Hal told People magazine exclusively.
Scarlett officially filed for divorce from her husband of two years on Tuesday, much to the dismay of Romain and his legal team. “We had been negotiating information relevant to their child Rose and also economic issues, so we were stunned when they did this,” Hal claimed.
A source close to Scarlett’s legal team, however, claims that their court filing was simply “standard legal procedure when you’re going through a divorce.” Another insider told People, “It wasn’t a secret that the parties were separated. So filing for divorce is no big deal. This is not a hostile act by Scarlett.”

In her divorce filing Tuesday, Scarlett asked for primary physical custody of the couple's daughter Rose, but Romain’s lawyer revealed that the French journalist “plans to petition the court to allow him and his daughter to move to France. He believes that Scarlett’s schedule makes it impossible for her to have primary physical custody.”
With both parents now fighting for custody, the couple is facing a difficult negotiation process. Of the fight for Rose, Scarlett has only said, “I will never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage…out of respect for my desires as a parent and out of respect for all working moms.”
