Scarlett Johansson is currently being worn thin from her custody battle over daughter Rose Dauriac. And to make matters worse for the star, Romain Dauriac's lawyer is throwing the blame all on her!
ScarJo's French ex wants primary custody and wants to rip Rose from her mother by jetting her off to his home country. Meanwhile, the blonde bombshell obviously wants their two-year-old to live with her as she is arguing for residential custody.
Clearly, the custody negotiations turned very ugly — and very quickly. “We are not sure what she was upset about and why she filed the divorce, but something must have happened during the discussions because she got up and walked out,” Romain's attorney Harold Mayerson exclusively told RadarOnline. “We are hoping she will come back to the negotiating table.”

According to Harold, Scarlett's hectic acting schedule caused her marriage to crumble after only two short years. “She was through with the relationship. Both partners wanted to move on as quickly and as painlessly as possible.”
“It is indeed unfortunate, especially for our daughter, that Scarlett filed in court and made our personal differences so public,” the French journalist said in a statement given to Radar. “I would implore her to withdraw her action promptly and to go back, as uncomfortable as it might be, to the negotiating table. We are the parents of a lovely daughter, whom we will continue to co-parent for many years and share her joys and sorrows as only a parent can.”
