Duking It Out! Scarlett Johansson Files Divorce Papers & Prepares For Drama As Ex Seeks Full Custody Of Daughter Rose

Fans were already shocked when Scarlett Johansson secretly split from Romain Dauriac after two years of marriage, but now, it sounds like the trouble is only beginning. The actress has filed for divorce from the French journalist and they likely will be making plenty of trips to court.

But Scarlett is not taking that request without a fight, and she reportedly is asking a judge to give her primary custody. Initially after their breakup, the two worked out matters outside of court, and spent every other week with their three-year-old, but a source told Page Six that it’s become a hassle for Romain to have to work around Scarlett’s travel plans since she is often on different movie sets around the world.

A source told The New York Post’s Page Six that Romain wants to move their young daughter Rose to Paris. “He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling,” Romain’s attorney Harold Mayerson said.
