He and 19-year-old Bella also smoked something in the back of their car, squeezed in close with a scantily clad woman.

As OK! reported, Scott allegedly kicked Bella out of his villa in Cannes weeks earlier, citing her poor hygiene.

Bella, in turn, said that she had left voluntarily because his partying ways were simply too much for her since she doesn't drink.
