RadarOnline.com has learned that Kardashian is finally ready to to divvy up their assets and set a permanent custody agreement now that it is clear there is no getting back together for the two.
“Scott’s been dating a string of young beauties, while Kourt’s been secretly hooking up with Justin Bieber, and they both know there’s no going back,” the source said.

“It’s going to get nasty,” predicted a friend of the two. “Legally, she has Scott over a barrel thanks to his wayward behavior over the years — but Scott is more than willing to play dirty.”
