Scott Disick wished his baby mama Kourtney Kardashian a happy birthday on Instagram but he did it in a way that would make anyone believe the estranged exes are back together.

'Happy birthday @kourtneykardash everyone who knows you loves you so much! (sic),’ Disick captioned a throwback photo of him and Kourt smooching!

The 37-year-old reality TV star split from Disick last July after a nine-year relationship.

Although the two remain civil for the sake of their three kids, Kardashian is now reportedly hooking up with Justin Bieber, 22.
