It looks like Madonna shouldn’t have taken her ex lover Sean Penn back afterall! RadarOnline has learned the actor has been cheating on the singer with his former playboy pal, Naomi Campbell!
“He has been sleeping with Naomi behind her back,” a source said. “They were together in Paris in early December and were hooking up then. They both have done their best to be discreet as Sean knows Madonna would be p**sed if she found out.”

This isn't the first time Penn and Campbell have had a secret romance. Back in 1994, the actor cheated on his wife Robin Wright with the supermodel.
