Demi Lovato was rushed to Cedars-Sinai after overdosing on heroin Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles. OK! has acquired a series of unnerving photos from the scene where Demi OD in her Hollywood home. An LAPD officer, Ray Brown, told OK! that they received a call at around 11:37 am of a possible OD of a 25-year old in Hollywood. Demi was transported from her Hollywood Hills home, shown here.
Last month, the singer revealed that she had relapsed after being clean for over 6 years. Her song, "Sober" divulged this information and she apologized to her fans for not staying sober.
The 25-year old has battled mental illness, addiction and eating disorders since even her Disney days.

Throughout the day, Demi's friends sent their love and support to her via Twitter and the trending hashtag, #PrayForDemi has been circulating across the board.
She also recently had a falling out with her former life coach, Mike Bayer after shading him in a cryptic tweet.
After Demi was dashed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in LA, she has become stable. She was revived with Narcan, a drug used to reverse the side effects of a narcotic overdose.
