Selena Gomez is taking action. The 26-year-old singer has checked into a treatment center to help ongoing issues with her mental health.
A source told RadarOnline.com that the 26-year-old singer “voluntarily” entered treatment after she was "urged" to seek help by her mother and other family members.
According to reports, the singer was hospitalized for low white blood cell count one year after having a kidney transplant.
Selena was reportedly released from a hospital in Los Angeles, but just days later, she reentered due to her blood cell count being low.

After suffering an emotional breakdown, the "Back To You" singer then allegedly checked into a facility on the east coast and is undergoing dialectical behavior therapy.
Selena was previously in rehab back in 2014 and entered a second time in 2016. In the summer of 2017, Selena had a kidney transplant after becoming ill from her battle with lupus.
